First, UV Varnish

 

Introduction:

     Epoxy acrylic resin as the main body of the ultraviolet light-sensitive resin, containing about 15% of the proportion of solvent, after ultraviolet (UV) irradiation will cure into a stable state, this product is for paper polishing, with high brightness, no fading, High abrasion resistance, fast drying, etc., have a certain odor, good adhesion to paper.

 

use:

    1. This product can be used directly at room temperature without adding any solvent. If it is used below 18°C, it should be heated to above 30°C. It can also be used when the oil tank is kept at 50°C+ 5°C. ;

   2. The wheel can be washed with solvent such as alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate or toluene during shutdown;

   3. The amount of oil depends on the paper, generally 5~8g/m2 (dry weight)

 

Precautions

   1. Excessive or uneven dusting will reduce adhesion and brightness;

   2. Some inks will repel UV oil, resulting in poor adhesion or poor adhesion, or even discoloration of the ink. In this case, base oil may be used for improvement. Generally, primer oil is not required.

   3. Must be completely dry after oiling, otherwise it will cause many complications: such as fade color, no wear and adhesion, etc.

   4. After UV coating, the paper is poorly pasteurized. Therefore, special attention should be paid to paste selection and pasting to ensure quality.

   5. Regularly clean the UV lamp and the scraper and steel wheel to ensure that the paper is scraped, otherwise the sticky oil on the back of the paper will cause adhesion

   6.UV oil should be protected from light and heat to prevent hardening

   7 Because the solvent is more dry and slower, pay attention to the stickiness.

 

Second, UV matting oil (matt oil)

 

Introduction:

Ingredients: Acrylic Oligomers, Dilutable Monomers and Matte Powders

 

 

use:

    1. This product can be used directly at room temperature, add a certain solvent to dilute; must be fully shake before use, or else extinction uneven, may cause the phenomenon of exfoliating powder accumulation. If the temperature is lower than 18 °C and the temperature should be raised above 30 °C, the oil tank can also be used when it is kept at 50 °C + 5 °C. The glazing effect is better.

   2. When the machine stops, it can clean the rollers with alcohol, isopropyl alcohol and other solvents;

   3. The amount of oil depends on the paper, generally 5~8g/m2 (dry)

 

Precautions:

1. The surface of the substrate must be cleaned of oil and dust to protect the printing effect

2. This product should be protected from light during construction and storage and placed in a cool and dry place.

3, This product is a low-skin irritant product, some individuals have allergic reactions, use should minimize contact. If you accidentally touch the skin, use soapy water to clean it. If it splashes into your eyes, rinse it with clean water immediately.

 

Third, water-based calendering (polishing) oil

 

Introduction

The water-based emulsion of the modified acrylic copolymer is a product specially designed for the need of paper varnish. It has the characteristics of high gloss after oiling and polishing processes, and is rich in tortuousness. Subsequent processing does not cause problems. You can also shine on the machine.

Four, water-based matte (extinction) oil

 

Introduction:

The water-based emulsion of the modified acrylic copolymer polymer is a product specially designed for the needs of paper extinction applications. It is a non-toxic, non-polluting, non-combustible, pure matte oil that gives good paper quality. Extinction flat effect, and excellent performance in terms of smoothness and abrasion resistance

Fifth, water-based high gloss oil

Seven, oily varnish

 

Introduction:

It is an oily varnish with acrylic resin as its main body. It is suitable for light on a variety of papers. The products have excellent properties such as easy operation, high brightness and high abrasion resistance. The raw materials and diluents contained therein are not harmful to the human body and the environment.

 

use:

1. Diluted with toluene or ethyl acetate to the required viscosity, the dilution amount depends on the paper, the general dilution is 100:100~12

2. When using lacquer over-concentrated, the solvent should be replenished at any time.

3. Varnish depends on the quality of the paper, generally 5~10gm/m2.

 

Safety Precautions

1, this product contains alcohol, toluene and other solvents, should pay attention to ventilation and fire.

2, the amount of oil should be to meet the principle of paper, when there is insufficient "hole."

3, printing ink must be fully dry, otherwise the solvent will take away the ink and fade.

4, pay attention to the hot air drying completely, otherwise it will stick.

5, the use of the process should pay attention to the discoloration of ink

 

 

Eight, oil matte oil

 

Introduction

It is an oily matte oil based on acrylic resin. It is suitable for light on various papers. It has a good extinction effect and can reach 18°. It has good adhesion to paper substrates. The products are easy to operate, waterproof and high Wear and other excellent features. The raw materials and diluents contained in it are not harmful to the human body and the environment, but they have certain irritating odors. They have certain stimulation to the skin and should pay attention to skin allergies!

 

use:

1. Diluted with toluene or ethyl acetate to the required viscosity, the dilution amount depends on the paper, the general dilution is 100:30~100
